Investment bank DAM Capital Advisors has submitted preliminary documents to the capital markets regulator Sebi for an initial public offering (IPO). According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on Tuesday, the IPO will consist solely of an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 3.2 crore equity shares, with no new issue component.
