Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category was oversubscribed 193 times.
Retail investors subscribed 51 times, and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) 33 times.
The issue includes a Rs 120 crore fresh equity sale and an OFS of 46 lakh shares.
Promoters Ajay Baliram Sawant, Umesh Navnital Shah, Ujwal Arvind Mhatre, and Jayes Manharlal will offload their stakes under the OFS.
