Sobha shares jump 4% after reporting record quarterly sales of Rs 1,874 crore

The real estate developer's sales value increased by 24.6% to Rs 1,874 crore compared to the same period last year.

Gurgaon accounted for 45.5% of the total sales, totaling Rs 852 crore, marking its highest-ever quarterly sales value.

Bangalore contributed 33.5% to the total sales value for the quarter.
