Following positive cues from global peers, Nifty and Sensex opened higher on Friday, as U.S. economic data eased recession fears in the world's largest economy. Buying was seen across all the sectors.
The market capitalisation of all listed companies on BSE surged by Rs 4.15 lakh crore to Rs 448.44 lakh crore.
