The realty firm reported a 13% decline in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 232.6 crore for the June 2024 quarter, owing to higher expenses. This compares to a net profit of Rs 266.9 crore in the same period last year. Despite this drop, total income increased to Rs 2,024.5 crore in the April-June period of the 2024-25 fiscal year, up from Rs 1,966.3 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, as per a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
