European shares reached an all-time high on Friday, with the benchmark poised for its fourth consecutive weekly gain, though caution remained ahead of a crucial eurozone inflation report.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.2% to 525.65 points by 0713 GMT, surpassing its previous peak of 525.59 set in June.
