Cryptocurrency Prices on August 29: Bitcoin hovers around $60,000 as key US economic data approaches

Major cryptocurrencies rose on Thursday ahead of the U.S. GDP report and Initial Jobless Claims.
Bitcoin gained nearly 1% to $59,724, and Ethereum increased by 3.6% to $2,557.
The global crypto market cap rose 0.63% to $2.1 trillion.
