Ambuja Cements' shares rise following promoter entity's Rs 4,198 crore stake sale




Holderind Investments, owned by Gautam Adani and family, sold 2.84% equity in Ambuja Cements.
The deal was valued at Rs 4,197.8 crore at the floor price.
6.99 crore shares were sold at Rs 600 per share, a 5% discount to the last NSE closing price.
This sale aims to diversify the shareholder base and attract long-only investors in infrastructure assets.
