Renewable energy firm ACME Solar Holdings files papers for Rs 3,000-crore IPO

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has submitted initial papers to the capital markets regulator Sebi for an initial public offering to raise Rs 3,000 crore.

The offer also includes a provision for eligible employees to subscribe.
