Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 12.74 crore for the quarter ended June, marking a significant turnaround from a net loss of Rs 4.27 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income for the April-June period of this fiscal year grew to Rs 206.70 crore, up from Rs 110.05 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, as per a regulatory filing.
