Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services plans to raise Rs 1,500 crore, including a greenshoe option of Rs 1,250 crore, through a bond issue maturing in three years and one month, according to three bankers on Wednesday.
The company will offer an 8.18% coupon on the bonds and will invite bids from bankers and investors on Thursday.
