India won't reimpose foreign investment limits on 5-yr, 7-yr, 10-yr bonds

On Wednesday, a senior government source confirmed that India has no plans to reintroduce foreign investor limits on new 5-year, 7-year, and 10-year bonds.
However, as of Monday, the central bank announced that new Indian government bonds with 14-year and 30-year tenors will no longer be available to foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) under the fully accessible route.
