Bansal Wire IPO sails through on Day 1 on robust NII, retail demand. Check GMP and other details





Bansal Wire's initial public offering successfully progressed on the first day of bidding, buoyed by strong interest from retail and non-institutional investors.


Both the retail and non-institutional investor categories were fully subscribed, while the qualified institutional buyer portion did not receive any bids.


The IPO is conducted via the book-building method, allocating approximately 50% of the issue to qualified institutional buyers, 35% to retail investors, and 15% to non-institutional investors.
