Prestige Estates Projects reported a significant 70% decrease in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 140 crore for the quarter ending March 2024, primarily attributed to reduced income. In comparison, its net profit stood at Rs 468.4 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
