The initial public offering (IPO) of Bengaluru-based insurtech start-up Go Digit General Insurance has been fully subscribed on the third and the last day of the bidding process on Friday. The issue was booked 79% on day two.At 11:28 am, the issue attracted bids for 5,78,21,500 shares or 1.09 times the issue size of 5,28,69,677 shares. The quota reserved for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 2.97 times. The issue was subscribed 1.13 times in the NII category. The allocation for qualified institutional bidders was booked 45%.
