RBI sees CPI inflation easing to 4.5 pc in 2024-25 

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has forecasted the country's inflation rate, measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), to be at 4.5 percent for the fiscal year 2024-25. This projection takes into account the anticipation of an above-average monsoon and a reduction in supply chain pressures.
