Adani Enterprises on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 451 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which was down by 38% on a year-on-year basis versus Rs 722.48 crore posted by the company in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.
The company's board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.30 per equity share for the financial year 2023-24.
