India's Tata Capital plans to raise 5 billion rupees ($60.2 million), which includes a greenshoe option of 4 billion rupees, through the reissue of 8.15% July 2033 bonds, three bankers said on Tuesday. The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said.
