The initial public offer (IPO) of Happy Forgings was booked 20.22 times on the third day of the bidding process. The categories reserved for retail investors and NIIs were subscribed 11.67 times and 42.18 times, respectively. The QIB portion has been subscribed 18.64 times so far.
