Share Market Live Updates | Shares of Bajaj Finserv jumped over 3% to the day's high of Rs 1,589 while those of Bajaj Finance were up 1.8% to the day's high of Rs 7,996.75 after the Board of Directors of the latter gave a go ahead to the plans to raise Rs 8,800 crore via Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) offer and another Rs 1,200 crore via convertible warrants.
