Mamaearth IPO opens for subscription. Should you bid?




The initial public offer (IPO) of Honasa Consumer, which operates the Mamaearth brand, opens for subscription today. The company plans to raise Rs 1,701 crore through its share sale. Analysts are mixed on the IPO over not-so-cheap valuations, even though the company has fine-tuned the pricing in the offer. The issue is priced in the range of Rs 308-324 per share, and at the upper end, the company is valued at nearly Rs 10,500 crore.
